Process

How we decide what's next.

We work in phases, not sprints. A phase opens with a goal statement and closes when a verification agent reads the code and confirms the goal is met — not just that tasks are done. We don't move forward on appearances.

Phases shift order when a partnership, a regulation, or a verified customer signal makes them more or less urgent. We publish that rewrite here when it happens — no silent re-prioritisation.
