Terms of Service

Effective date: April 20, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Dziri website, mobile application, and related services (collectively the “Service”) operated by Dziri (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the equivalent minimum age in your country) to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us at legal@dziri.app of any unauthorised use.

You may connect third-party accounts (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, Reddit) to Dziri. You are responsible for complying with those platforms’ own terms.

4. YouTube API Services

Dziri uses YouTube API Services to power features such as Follow, Comment, and video personalisation. By using these features you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Information about how Google handles data is in the Google Privacy Policy.

You can revoke Dziri’s access to your Google / YouTube data at any time via https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.

5. Acceptable use

When using the Service you agree not to:

  • Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
  • Scrape, index, cache, or redistribute content obtained through the Service in ways that breach the source platform’s terms.
  • Submit artificial engagement (bought likes, bot views, fake comments) or use automation to complete missions.
  • Post content that is illegal, hateful, threatening, obscene, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, disable, overwhelm, or probe the Service for vulnerabilities outside a coordinated disclosure program.
  • Use the Service to build a competing product.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

6. User content

You retain ownership of content you post to Dziri (“User Content”). By posting User Content you grant Dziri a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, modify, distribute, and create derivative works of it solely to operate and promote the Service. This licence ends when you delete the User Content, except where it has already been shared with others, and except for anonymised analytics.

You represent that you have all rights necessary to post the User Content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

7. Missions and rewards

Dziri allows brands to post engagement missions. Reward amounts, eligibility, and payout methods are shown on each mission. Rewards are issued only when we can verify in good faith that the mission was completed authentically. We reserve the right to cancel rewards for fraudulent or policy-violating completions.

Rewards have no cash value until payout thresholds are met and may be subject to local tax reporting. Payouts are processed through the providers disclosed in the app.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, trademarks, and aggregated content, is owned by Dziri or its licensors and is protected by law. Except for the limited licence to use the Service, we grant you no rights in our intellectual property.

9. Third-party content

The Service displays content from third parties (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, Reddit, news sources, IPTV streams). We do not endorse, control, or guarantee such content and are not responsible for it. Your interactions with third-party platforms are governed by those platforms’ own terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we reasonably believe your activity harms the Service or other users. On termination, the licences you granted in User Content persist only to the extent necessary to retain previously distributed copies.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content retrieved from third parties is accurate.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dziri and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of USD 100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Dziri harmless from any claim, damage, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dziri is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence grant you a different forum.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
